Universal Pictures


For Universal Pictures, I was deeply involved in managing social media activities for theatrical releases and for always-on content. This included posting, scheduling concepts, and contributing to concept ideation. I played a pivotal role in trendspotting to ensure our content remained relevant and engaging. Additionally, I was responsible for copywriting for both posts and comments, as well as managing proactive and reactive community interactions. My duties also included providing metrics and insights for client-facing reports and facilitating the setup and posting for trailer launches.

Some key instances of community management include the rollouts for Oppenheimer, Fast X, Super Mario Bros. Movie, Five Nights at Freddies and M3GAN, as well as staying up to date with key events outside of our own fanbases.
